Full 2 liter bottle- it didn't go very high, spun turned, came right back down
Half 2 liter bottle- went a little higher, spun, flipped, and turned
1/4 2 liter bottle- went straight up, flipped over, drifted with the wind to the right or left, and all the water came straight out leaving fog in the bottle
I observed that with 1 liter bottles they went up alot smoother then the 2 liter bottles. Also that with the quarter-full bottles they seemed to work much better then the others.
